Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code. Enter your PIN code on the product page to see the estimate for your address before you order.

Charges

Delivery is free above the threshold shown at checkout; below it a flat delivery charge applies. Any cash-on-delivery fee is shown before you place the order, never after.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email and SMS when your order ships. You can also track it any time at /track-order with your order number and the email or mobile number you ordered with.
