What we collect
To take and deliver an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and order history. If you leave a checkout part-way through, we keep what you had already entered — your name, contact details and cart contents — so we can remind you about it.
What we never collect
We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs or passwords for payment. Payments are handled by our payment partner.
How we use it
To process orders, deliver them, handle returns and support requests, meet tax obligations, and — only if you have opted in — to send marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from any marketing message at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: the payment gateway, the courier, and our email and SMS providers. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account from your account settings, or by emailing care@kleniq.com.
